Transparent bidding process through the Digital Diwan with full tracking capabilities.


Current Opportunities

Active tenders include laboratory equipment supply, technical consultancy for standards review, calibration equipment maintenance, and National Standards Guide digitization.

Vendor Submission Portal

All bids must be submitted via the Electronic Application Portal. Register in the Diwan to receive an official reference number and track your bid status.

Evaluation Workflow

Bids undergo Technical Evaluation by specialized directorates, Financial Audit by Expenditure Department, Legal Review, and Final Approval by Director General.

Requirements and Conditions

Bidders must provide financial guarantees through Financial Affairs. Equipment and services must meet Syrian National Standards or equivalent international references.

Tender Archive

SASMO maintains a Digital Archive of all past tenders and contracts. Final contracts and execution reports are filed in the Documentation Department for transparency.

Vendor Helpdesk

Submit inquiries through Digital Diwan for technical consultation. Route complaints about bidding process to Internal Control Department via the portal.
